In no event shall our total liability to you exceed USD $50.00 or the amount you paid to use the service in the six months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.

Statify Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including maintenance, improvements, or business decisions. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to consider binding arbitration before pursuing litigation. Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with widely accepted arbitration rules and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with Statify Lab on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

📋 14. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Statify Lab regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
