š Two-Way ANOVA Calculator
Two-Way ANOVA Calculator
Analyze the effects of two independent factors and their interaction. Supports balanced designs with replications.

Two-Way ANOVA requires a balanced design (equal replicates per cell). Factor A = rows, Factor B = columns.
About Two-Way ANOVA
What It Does
Two-Way ANOVA analyzes how two independent factors affect a dependent variable. It tests:
- Main Effect A: Does Factor A affect the outcome?
- Main Effect B: Does Factor B affect the outcome?
- Interaction Effect: Do Factors A and B interact?
Example
Testing a new teaching method and student gender on exam scores:
- Factor A: Teaching method (Lecture, Flipped, Project-based)
- Factor B: Student gender (Male, Female)
- Outcome: Exam score
Important Note: Balanced Design
This calculator requires a balanced design, meaning each cell must have the same number of replicates (observations). For example, if you have 3 levels of Factor A and 2 levels of Factor B, each of the 6 cells must contain the same number of observations.
